With Leezair Marketplace, cancellations and refunds are fully automated.

In order to trigger the refund and keep your calendar up to date you will have to cancel the booking on your hand (in case of bad weather for example). 

You can do so by: 

  1. updating the status of the booking in your reservation system (Cancel) if you use one
  2. cancelling the booking from your Leezair Provider account (Dashboard > My Bookings)

Once done, it will automatically trigger the full refund to the customer (into the same card account they've paid with).
