Yes but each of our supplier is unique and has a different cancellation policy. For example some of them have weather dependency and some others not.
Our Marketplace allows 5 types of cancellation policy:
- Last Minute: can be cancelled at any time before the Tour & Activity starts, up to and including the final minute.
- Flexible: Allow cancellations with full refund up to 1 day before the tour date.
- Moderate: Allow cancellations with full refund up to 7 days before the tour date.
- Strict: Allow cancellations with full refund up to 30 days before the tour date.
- None: No cancellation and No Refund available.

In general, you can cancel/change your booking up to 72 hours before the activity without any penalties. Some suppliers have a more lenient cancellation policy so please get in touch with our customer service team at email@example.com.
